Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Orniva Lux, we strive for perfection in every piece. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Due to the highly personalised nature of custom jewellery at Orniva Lux, orders for bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.

2. Standard Collection Returns

Items from our standard Orniva Lux collections may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and accompanied by all certifications and packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations for standard orders must be requested within 24 hours of placement. Please contact the Orniva Lux support team immediately for such requests.

4. Exceptional Cases

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, Orniva Lux will provide a full repair or replacement at no additional cost to the client.
